Service description

The Remote Lights feature allows you to flash your vehicle's headlights from your smartphone. You can use this feature to find where you parked.

Turning on the headlights from your mobile app

  1. Select [ ] from the HOME screen.

  2. Select [ ].

  3. Enter your security PIN.

Note

  • Please note that all Safeguard and Remote services are subject to cellular network availability. When the cellular network coverage is poor, Remote Lights may not function properly.

  • Headlights cannot be turned on under the following conditions:

    • When the security alarm is sounding.

    • When the ignition switch or power mode is set to ON or ACCESSORY.

    • When the headlights and/or small lights are already turned on.

  • When you turn on the headlights remotely, the headlights will turn off automatically after 30 seconds.
