Service description

This function requests Mitsubishi to allow the vehicle to notify its location, then searches and tracks down your vehicle position. If your vehicle has been stolen, contact your local law enforcement authority first, then report the theft to Mitsubishi.

  1. Report an auto theft to your local law enforcement authority and receive a case number.

  2. Select "Help".

  3. Select "Contact Mitsubishi".

  4. Select "REPORT STOLEN VEHICLE"

  5. Follw the steps and select "CALL"

    • Inform the case number provided by your local law enforcement authority when requested.

    • For more information, ask the call center operator.

  • Please note that all Safeguard and Remote services are subject to cellular network availability. When the cellular network coverage is poor, Stolen Vehicle Assistance may not function properly.

  1. Report an auto theft to your local law enforcement authority and receive a case number.

  2. Contact the call center by dialing 1-888-564-1411 and inform the case number provided by your local law enforcement authority.
