Service description
You can cancel your subscription by calling Mitsubishi Care call center.
Below are the available items:
Discontinuing the subscription from your vehicle
Press the Information Button (B) located on the overhead console and request the operator to discontinue the subscription.

Please note that connecting to the call center is subject to cellular network availability. When cellular network coverage is poor, connection may not function properly.

The factory-installed audio system is muted while on call with the call center.

When the button is pressed, information about your vehicle, its location, and its condition is reported to the call center.

Select "Contact Mitsubishi".

Select "CALL CARE" to connect to the call center and request the operator to discontinue the subscription.

Contact the call center by dialing 1-888-564-1411 and request the operator to discontinue the subscription.
