Information Assistance/Roadside Assistance
Service description
If you need to talk to the Mitsubishi Care call centre regarding registration, subscribing to MITSUBISHI CONNECT services and other technical issues, you can manually connect to the centre by pressing the Information Button near the map light with the ignition switch set to ON.
When you request roadside assistance, information about your vehicle, its location and its condition will be sent to the call centre, and the call centre can arrange and send the roadside services to your vehicle.
The following items are available:
Connecting from your vehicle
Press the Information Button (B) located on the overhead console and request the operator for information assistance/roadside assistance.

For more details regarding the Information Button on the overhead console, refer to the vehicle owner's manual.

Please note that all Safeguard and Remote services are subject to cellular network availability. When the cellular network coverage is poor, Information Assistance/Roadside Assistance may not function properly.

The factory-installed audio system is muted during calls with the call centre.

If the registration is not completed beforehand, the system will emit a sound indicating that the call centre cannot be connected by pressing the Information Button. Refer to the vehicle owner's manual for details.

When the Information Button is pressed, information about your vehicle, its location and its condition is reported to the call centre.
Connecting from your mobile app

Select [ ] from the HOME screen.

Select "Help".

Select "Contact Mitsubishi".

Select "CALL CARE" to connect to the call centre.

Information Assistance/Roadside Assistance is subject to cellular network coverage availability. When the cellular network coverage is poor, this function may not operate and you must make the call to your dealer or service centre manually.
Calling directly to the call centre
Contact the call centre by phone (Within the UK: 0800-587-9833, Outside the UK: +44-208-603-9933) and request the operator for information assistance/roadside assistance.
